Multi-instrumentalist and singer songwriter Sarantos, works hard to release a new song, a music video and a book chapter every month. An impressive feat that helps bring his songs to life. Sarantos's latest instalment comes in the form of pop track "Starting Over". The song begins with bouncing acoustic guitar chords accompanied by uplifting lyrics before a latin style drum beat changes the flow of the song for the chorus. The second verse has the feeling of a ska track with the guitar playing on the offbeats and the middle section switches to a jazzy feel with harmonised scat vocals. "Starting Over" is an extremely intriguing fusion of a lot of different musical styles all together in one cohesive song, and a very impressive piece of songwriting.
