Phoenix, Arizona's Jane N' The Jungle are known for their loud guitars and high energy. Having garnered a following with their previous releases that showed an emotional and raw attitude, they have well and truly secured their place on the ones to watch list in the modern punk and alt rock scene.
This time however, the band has re-visited a previously loud and distorted piece of angry rock and turned it into a beautiful and atmospheric acoustic ballad. "Life Of The Party (Acoustic)" begins with a lonely acoustic guitar before Jordan White's haunting vocals begin telling the story of this track. The vocals in this song have an extremely unique sound, almost a whisper in some parts, and this conveys the emotion of the story really clearly.
